This deck is an Excelblade/ Bladedancer deck with a condition: <RR
The deck can only use R and under cards.
This deck should be usable for any beginning player, but should be relatively easy and cheap to build.
It can also be upgraded into a higher level deck if the player likes, especially with the glory Valiant set coming out soon.
